She want to keep long hair but don't like to clip or wear hair band so I cut her fringe first. When she is not clipping or using hairband also may not look that messy. Will sent her to saloon cut short her hair before school reopen (always remind her about this). I hate need to wash her hair and need tie her hair always. Dah dah!!!
